Pole Tips:
  • Please do not apply any creams or lotions up to 3 hours before attending a pole class as it will hinder your grip and the grip of others on the pole
  • Please remove rings and bracelets before starting a  pole class as they can damage the poles and may damage your jewelery too
  • Remember to have fun!  We offer a non-competitive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and at ease. 

What do I wear to a pole class?

We recommend a tank top and shorts as you want to have your skin visible to grip the pole.  If you are uncomfortable in shorts you may opt for loose fitting yoga pants or capris so that you can roll them up when it comes to the more difficult tricks that require skin contact!

Can I drop in to any class or do I have to make an appointment?
You must contact us before hand to register for any Pole class.  We ask that you register in advance to hold a spot as we only allow a limited number of people to allow for maximum pole time.

Who can attend a pole class?
Anyone!  Pole dancing for fitness is a great workout for women of all fitness levels, shapes and size. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in any Polenastics pole dancing for fitness class.

Will I get injured?
Pole dancing for fitness can be risky, all of our instructors are certified professionals and we ask that you listen to their directions and safety advice and that you do not try any moves that you have not received instruction on.

What types of payment do you take at the studio?
We accept cash, debit, visa & mastercard.
