Our Pole Classes
Beginner Pole - Levels 1 & 2 (4 classes per level)
Learn the art of Pole! In levels 1 you will learn the basics of pole dancing using spins, basic choreography and floor work! In level 2, you will continue to build your strength, flexibility & endurance. You will learn more advanced spins, be shown how to climb the pole safely and how to dismount gracefully.
Intermediate Pole - Levels 3 & 4 (6 classes per level)
As your core and upper body strength improves, you will learn more technical spins, laybacks, new climbs, elevated poses and inversions (flipping up-side down). You will also learn how to perfect those spins and try out the spinning pole! By now you should start to see mega definition in your arms, abs, legs and great improvement in your flexibility.
Advanced Pole - Levels 5 & 6 (6 classes per level)
In the advanced pole classes you will learn more challenging inverts, alternative and advanced ways to climb, different grip styles, sequences & combos and how to put your own sequences together!
Ultimate Pole - Levels 7 & 8 (6 classes per level)
Welcome to the ultimate level! In these levels you will literally lean how to become an acrobat! With gravity defying moves, you will learn drops, super combos, and how to use the full length of the pole for all of your moves without ever touching the ground! You must have perfected advanced pole to enter this level.
All Levels Pole Class (4 or 6 weeks depending which level you are in)
Our "All Levels" classes are for students in any level! You will be placed in your own individual level (see levels above) and will be taught at your own pace, there is no pressure to keep up with everyone else! In each class, your instructor will show you two or three new moves in your level and will help you perfect any previously learned moves.
Dance Fitness Classes
Body Sculpt
Our Body Sculpt class has been designed with you in mind! This is a lower intensity class using resistance bands and target training techniques to sculpt and shape your entire body giving you long, lean muscles. We then help you to become more flexible as we go through a series of deep stretching exercises. This is a great class to take before or after a pole lesson.
Show Girls
Movement, routines and performance! In our Show Girls class you will learn how to move with grace and a sassy attitude around the pole. Every class offers a different routine so you will always be challenged - heels are encouraged! You must have taken at least 1 pole class with us as you will need to know the basic spins.
Private Lessons
We offer 1 hour 1-2-1 private lessons in your home on evenings and weekends. You can also book 1 hour private lessons if there are 3 people or more on weekends and evenings in either of our studios; you can book these individually or book a course.
