What to Expect

Each Polenastics class is 1 hour long and is all about fun!  All classes include:

Warm Up & Stretches
Pole Moves
Pole Tricks
Cool Down & Stretches

We like to change up the style of our classes often to give a bit of variety and in some classes we will incorporate:
Different Walking Styles
Floor Work
Handstands
Headstands
Forward & Backward Rolls (depending if we have crash mats available)
